Building Well-Being: Gideon Partners with BuildWell Health to Support Our Team

Supporting Our Team: Gideon Partners with BuildWell Health

At Gideon, we know construction takes more than physical strength. Long days, demanding projects, and the pressure to always “push through” can leave workers and families carrying stress that isn’t always easy to talk about.

That’s why we’re excited to partner with BuildWell Health, a health support program built specifically for the construction industry. BuildWell offers confidential, virtual support that meets people where they are—whether it’s managing stress, navigating recovery, or just having someone to talk to.

Here’s what Gideon employees and their families now have access to:

  • Peer Coaching with people who’ve been there and understand.
  • Online Learning with 300+ lessons on stress, recovery, and mental wellness.
  • Crisis Support for jobsite incidents or other tough moments.
  • Family Resources so loved ones can get support, too.

The construction industry is tough. Studies have shown workers are more likely than most to face challenges like opioid misuse, often starting with a simple injury. Having the right support in place makes a real difference—not just for employees, but for families and communities, too.

For us, this partnership is about more than offering a benefit. It’s about showing our people that we’ve got their back, on and off the job.
