Gideon Construction + Butler Manufacturing: More Than PEMBs

A year ago, Gideon became the Valdosta area’s only Butler Builder®. We’ve been proud to deliver Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMBs) that save time, reduce costs, and create lasting value.

But here’s the thing: PEMBs are just the beginning.

Through our partnership with Butler Manufacturing™, Gideon can offer a wide range of advanced building systems designed to give business owners more flexibility, more durability, and more return on investment.

Butler Building Solutions Now Available Through Gideon:

    • LogistX™ Building System – For warehouses and distribution centers, Butler’s LogistX System combines pre-engineered and conventional components for a true hybrid approach. The result: lower costs, faster timelines, and more flexibility for large-scale storage and logistics facilities.
    • Insulation Systems – Butler’s insulation assemblies are designed to maximize energy efficiency and minimize operating costs. With proven performance, building owners benefit from lower maintenance costs and a higher ROI over the life of their facility.
    • Weathertight Roof Systems – For more than 50 years, Butler roof systems have set the industry standard. With options like the MR-24® standing seam system, you get decades of leak-free performance, energy savings, and design flexibility — whether for new construction or retrofits.
    • Wall Systems – Available in multiple finishes and styles, Butler wall systems deliver aesthetic appeal, energy efficiency, and fast installation. These solutions complement structural systems perfectly, creating attractive and high-performing buildings.
    • Structural Systems – From clearspan buildings to multi-story designs, Butler’s structural systems provide virtually unlimited flexibility. Whether you need wide open floor plans or hybrid designs, these systems make the most efficient use of steel while meeting your design goals.
    • Reroof & Retrofit Systems – If your roof is aging or leaking, Butler’s reroof and retrofit solutions are designed to extend building life without costly tear-offs. Options include low-profile, high-profile, and slope build-up systems — all engineered for long-term protection and energy performance.
    • Self-Storage Systems – Butler self-storage systems are fast to build, durable, and low maintenance, with options for climate control, multistory layouts, and wind-rated doors. Faster construction means you can begin renting units — and generating ROI — sooner.
