Our Services

At Gideon, we look at General Contracting as more than just the oversight and coordination of a project from start to finish. As your construction liaison, it is our job to clearly communicate and problem-solve on your behalf to the greatest of our ability.  And that’s a responsibility we don’t take lightly.  From negotiating contracts and securing permits to supervising the quality and safety on the project site, every member of our team dedicates a personal interest to the success of your project.

A design-build project, one in which both the design and construction phases are integrated into a single contract, has become an increasingly popular delivery method. The approach requires a higher level of collaboration and innovation; however, with the potential to begin construction more timely, deliver projects more efficiently, and budget more accurately, it’s no wonder why.

Gideon is staffed with an in-house Architect, Yoshie Connell, so we are a true Design-Build firm. Yoshie’s experience and involvement on your project will enable us to detect and engineer around issues before construction even starts.

Benefits:

In Gideon’s early days of establishment, many of our initial projects included smaller scopes of work for more complex, multi-phased contracts, such as structural steel modifications, temporary safety walls, painting, and guardrail installation. Today, Gideon has grown steadily and manages projects ranging in size from $50,000 to $82 million.

Gideon continues to self-perform several services for our clients, as well as contracting with our partners.

Integrated Services:

Additionally, Gideon is also an exclusive Butler Builder® Dealer, providing Pre-Engineering Metal Buildings (PEMB), including Enclosures, Additions, Modifications, Doors, Frames, and Hardware. Find out more here.
